DELIVERY – UK MAINLAND

Delivery is by Royal Mail first class post or parcel post. We will dispatch orders within 3-5 working days if stock is available. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next working day delivery service is available for an additional fee of £5.50 (does not include Sat or Sun deliveries – orders placed on Fri will be delivered on Mon). This service is only available by contacting our customer service team before 10am Mon – Fri to confirm stock availability and to take payment by credit card over the phone. Tel: 0161 796 5626

DELIVERY - OUTSIDE THE UK

For deliveries outside the UK we shall need to check destination and parcel weight, to enable us to give you a delivery charge and an approximate delivery time. Any import tax at the country of destination will be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us for overseas deliveries.

GIFT WRAPPING AND MESSAGE CARD

Gift wrapping is available for a charge of £3.50. Your goods will be immaculately packaged in our specially made presentation boxes and wrapping. We can also hand-write a short message for that personal touch and include it with your gift. Unfortunately the gift wrapping charge cannot be refunded if your purchase is faulty.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We sincerely hope you will be thrilled when you receive your purchase. However, we do understand that occasionally there will be the need for you to return items to us.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your goods then please contact our customer services team at sales@freckledesigns.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods where you will be given a reference number. Write this number on your invoice and send the invoice and the item back to us at our address above. When we receive your items in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within 7 days of giving you your reference number, then we will be happy to make a refund or exchange. We cannot issue refunds/exchanges for any items returned to us later than 14 days after you receive it.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for return of the goods. When returning items to us we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note we will only refund postage for items which are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We process returns as soon as they arrive and, once checked, will despatch an exchange within 2 days or issue a refund.

The above procedure must be followed to ensure you receive a refund. Freckle Designs Ltd decision is final.
